  : Pefect location for shops, restaurant, bars. Balcony was amazing, no sun until almost sunset but ideal for us, busy urbanisation very quiet but we stayed in November maybe summer is noisier? host was more than helpful and allowed us to take 2 car parking spaces, 4 adults and 3 children stayed very comfortably, bedding changed during our 12 day stay and apartment cleaned, overall very happy with this booking but also notice future bookings not accepting children?
  : A few basic maintenance repairs required, French doors very stiff to open, dryer didn't get hot enough to dry clothing, amenities were very dated and not fully functional, WiFi didn't reach the whole apartment and a few snagging issues to address, not a complaint but stating what we discovered

  : The apartment is very big and comfortable. The host expected us on site and we have received place in the underground parking in the same building for our car (excellent). Everything was working properly and we had all we needed. Two bedrooms make a different when you travel with three ladies. Big terrace with nice view on the ocean. If you do not have a car, the bus stop is just opposite to the building and taxi stop near here. We have had very good contact with the host who tried to support us all time in everything. Big thanks!!!
  : There is a very problematic neighbour that behaves unfriendly and complains even there is not any reason. The biggest shock she caused at night around 1am when she kicked the entrance door and she shouted something (I do not understand Portuguese) while we were sleeping since over two hours and there was absolute silence in our apartment. It is difficult to understand that behaviour (unless someone has a mental problem).

  : Location was close to a shopping center, grocery store and many restaurants. Very spacious apartment with large balconies.
  : Washrooms are in major need of repairs. Toilet paper holder falling off walls, shower head would not stay in place, calcification everywhere. I would also suggest adding a dryer to the apartment.

  : There was some mold in some of the rooms and the shower head holder was broken.
