  : Great location. The little cafe/bar down the hill is superb for snacks or evening drinks.The apartment was spotless and very modern. The bedroom gave a fantastic view of the ocean and it was perfect falling asleep to the sound of the sea.Sitting on the balcony at night was bliss. We even had our own resident Gecko (we christened him Ronaldo due to his speedy footwork when chasing down insects that settled on his wall).
  : The air con in the bedroom malfunctioned on the first day. Not a showstopper as we just left the sliding door open.

  : Beautiful luxury, ultra modern apartment with balcony overlooking the sea right next to the old town of Funchal. Huge windows. Big bathroom with rainshower. Parking down the street.
  : The AC was not working. I called the team, but nothing was done about it. After 24 hours we instead opened all the huge windows fully and that solved the problem with breeze during the day, but at night we had to close the blinds so there was no air flow and increasing heat. The AC needs to be fixed for summer guests. No proper bathtowels, only small and medium sized available.

  : The location was very good. The sea views amazing. The property was clean and the communication from Veronica excellent
  : As people have previously said the air conditioning does not work so you have to leave the windows open which wouldnt be an issue except for the mosquitoes

  : The view is truly breathtaking. For those who like to fall asleep to the sound of the sea, it is perfect. The location is also great, close to the center. good facilities.
  : I canceled another apartment for this one because of the air conditioning. but after seeing the reviews I realized that there were already some problems with the air conditioning. two weeks before check in, I asked if the air conditioning was working properly since there were already complaints about it and I was assured that everything was working. When I arrived at the apartment I realized that no. the air conditioning in the master bedroom was not working. I contacted them and they said they would send a technician the next day. I realized that they had not contacted the technician and I spoke about it again the next day and they said that the technician was very busy but that he would go to the apartment as soon as he could. I never received any more feedbacks until the end of the stay and I realized that the air conditioning was not fixed as mentioned. and so it is with every guest who enters. The room gets very hot in the morning as soon as the sun comes in. Fortunately we left early every morning. but always with the hope that when we arrived it would be resolved .. something that never happened. At least one daily information on the subject was enough and we were never given it.. I understand that the technicians are busy but the guest has to know and the guest follow up can make all the difference.Some repairs should be done: Balcony window rubber. and the dishwasher is badly fitted and makes a loud noise whenever it is opened. I also informed them that one of the lamps was not working in one of the rooms on the bedside tables.
