  : The whole neighborhood, why does google maps or booking not make it clear, that this is a dangerzone and not for business trips and not for people who are dressed decently and walking these streets dressed decently is dangerous. An unmitigated disaster. Prostitutes, junkies, dealers, maffia everywhere. Once someone selects the option for a business trip, the whole are should be marked for not recommended. This is bookings and googles fault. This is a deliberate and systematic scam.

  : The hotel is located very close to the Central Station and the Business District
  : There was a strong cigarette smell in the room, having the window open all the time didn't help. My clothes still smell like cigarettes even after check out (I don't smoke). The sink was clogged, wifi connection was extremely poor and super unstable, basically it was impossible to use wifi

  : The location was right in the middle of the "red light district " in a very dodgy area. Booking.com should not offer this property when someone says that they are travelling with children. The pictures on the website don't resemble the hotel at all. The whole place is tired, dated and dirty. There was rubbish on the floor, hair all over. When we opened the door to the room a mouse jumped off the desk. The balcony door could not be closed so all the noise from outside could not be shut out. There was shouting, loud music, glass breaking until 4 am. Again, not ideal with children. The shower kept cutting out. Our second bedroom didn't have a window so it was very dark. Also , all the rooms were smoking rooms. Really inconvenient with children. The only reason why we stayed because we arrived after 11pm and didn't have the energy to find an alternative hotel. We left as quickly as we could in the morning. We are super disappointed. And! The price quoted on Booking.com was 87 but ended up paying more on arrival. place at all.
