  : ComplainSo, when I arrived at the Ramada by Wyndham there was a passenger fighting with someone at the desk. Couldn’t actually figure out was going on, but they were quarreling about some €8 problem. My first thought was “What hotel can have such a problem for some insignificant sum”. I would later discover that they are willing to go even much further…!The first thing that struct me is that the hotel has a Covid Test center at the back. So when you are in the lobby you get to run into probably infected with COVID patients all day long. And of course, run the risk of getting infected yourself.The rooms are reasonable, clean and comfortable but the second red flag: Instead if giving me a double size bed, they gave me 2 beds one next to the other. That is not a problem for me really, but gives you a bit the idea of the kind of place.Since I had quite a late flight that day I decided to call for a “late check out”. Of course I was charged for it €30 extra. I don’t mind paying, they are in all their right to charge extra for such service and I had to check out at 3pm. It’s true, I was a bit late checking out.. Maybe 10, 15 minutes? There is when the ordeal started: I started getting calls from the Lobby telling me it was time to leave. I told me I was doing that, but they kept calling and pressuring me to leave the room as if was 4 hours late (but it was only 5-10 minutes). I never in my entire life experienced such pushy attitude for being a couple of minutes late.When I approached the counter the very polite lady (I hold nothing against her) explained that they needed to clean the room and it was getting late for the cleaning personnel. Which I totally understand, but I am a paying customer and I am running late. I understand this might make things more complex for them, but that is not my problem. I am a paying customer running 10 minutes late. Working on service is not easy, but you don’t get to lecture customers if they are 5-10 minutes late, you should o

  : Great location and wonderful staff. Distance from my event location was key in our decision to stay there. The price was also excellent compared to other hotels in the area. Lots of good places to eat with 400-600m.
  : The rooms are dated and in need of an update. The neighborhood after dark is a bit suspect looking but is actually fine.

  : Hotel is very close to train station and city center. It was a standard Ramada hotel, you can find what you looked for. The city have many options to have dinner, shopping and fun. The %95 is good, rest is in my below comment.
  : It's not about the hotel but the city. You can see many people lay down on the streets while using heavy drugs. Its between the train station and the beginning of Kaiserstrasse (The hotels location is the 3rd right entry at the Kaiserstrasse whlie you're coming from the train station.)
