  : 1. Location was pathetic, filled with drug addicts and prostitutes. 2. Wifi never worked once we reached our floor (3rd floor). We informed at the reception about the same and we were told that the router needs to be restarted and for that we need to inform the house keeping guy. By the time we came back from a short city tour, it was late evening. There were random people in tipsy state walking inside the hotel. My wife got scared after seeing the situation hence we didnt bother to step out of the room to get the wifi fixed once we were in. 3. It felt as if few sex workers were also staying in the hotel premises. We saw random guys entering the building. At night around 12:00, we heard someone knocking the door. We didnt respond to it but after 15mins there was one more knock. They were probably customers looking for the right room. But in the end nothing unfortunate happened. Thank God! 4. The checkin is supposed to start from 15:00 but we got access to the rooms at 15:30. To defend this, the manager of the hotel said, the checkin starts "from" 15:00. Which means it could be after 15:00 but not necessarily at 15.05 or 15.10, thereby emphasizing the fact that a delay in checkin should be accounted for from the customers side. And also that it was our fault that we arrived 10mins early and still not receive access at 15:00 hours. Isnt that called punctuality? 5. While booking there was no extra charge mentioned on the hotels advertisement page but after booking an extra information popped up that tourist fees of 2 each needs to be paid. 6. Bathroom door was broken and hence could not be locked properly.
