  : Exactly what need for one night between connections One station from Airport by train , 5 minutes walk to apartment. Katya the owner was most kind ,helpful and friendly.The apartment is well equipped.

  : It was large, with air conditioning and modern decor. The unit was well-kept and had all the amenities we needed, and more. The host was very friendly and thorough, and clearly cares about their guests.
  : the property was a bit tricky to find and to navigate from, though it was conveniently close to the airport. I also wish that all of the information the host shared with us was also written down in a guest information book inside the unit. the language barrier made the instructions difficult to understand verbally, and this could have been communicated and translated onto paper pretty easily.

  : conveniently located next to the airport and we had a flight the very next morning. also the woman who welcomed us did everything to help us out with allwe needed, which was great and the main reason Im giving a better rating.
  : not clean and the bed was very noisy. not well maintained. some work to do.

  : Location was really good, and we enjoy speaking to the lady who help us set everything up, she was very nice and helpful even tho she didnt speak english she helped us and gave us tips about the area.
  : The bathroom was dirty it was hair everywhere and the table was dusty, the plates were dirty as well.The hot water took about 15 mins to come out I was pretty much done with my shower when hot water started coming out, the water was super cold.Also, I texted the property manager and it took so long to respond, there was no instructions on where to go or who to meet, I felt they really didnt care about us, we had stayed in multiple properties in Rome and we get instructions at least hours before check in or the day prior, they didnt bother to let us know even tho I wrote them multiple times saying I wanted to leave my bags, we had to carry our stuff around for hours because we had an early flight.

  : Convenient location to the train station to get to FCO. Got to Rome 1 day ahead of my group, so great spot, slept most of the time! Very secure building.

  : Basic breakfast but appreciated. Location - 5 minutes walk to shopping mall with food court. Close to railway station for Fiumicino Airport access, nearby.
  : The shower/bath facility had poor water pressure - this could be improved.
