  : The receptionist was very kind and spoke English really well which was helpful. The room was nice. There is a shuttle option for 10 a person.
  : The floors were dirty, the shower pressure was a trickle, the shuttle was late 10 minutes from our asked departure which concerned us, it is very loud with planes overhead, check in was not very clear.

  : As indicated on the map this hotel is literally at the end of the runway. It is situated behind a petrol (gas) station and its neighbouring car wash. It is a good spot for those needing something for an overnight stay in order to to be ready for an early morning flight. There are 8 rooms on ground level behind a gate with an electronic lock. My room was spotlessly clean - with shower, two single beds pushed together, air conditioner, TV, bar fridge and speedy wifi. The internal walls did not prevent noise from the adjacent rooms but this was not too bothersome because the planes taking off and landing drowned out every other sound - including the TV which I gave up on after a while. Planes stopped around midnight and started again at 6 am. Use earplugs and pills if you want an early nights sleep. As stated in the description the shuttle service is provided by a different company (Parking Blu), and youre dealings with them is separate from the hotel itself. I found that messaging the company was not adequate and I had to call them on arrival at the airport. Speaking Italian would have helped in conveying to the driver who I am and what time I require to be picked up in the morning - but we got there in the end. For the hotel however, Veronica speaks perfect English and was very helpful. She is only available at reception after 4pm so arriving any earlier requires a remote check in which felt a little awkward due to my own unfamiliarity of the geographic situation of the hotel.

  : Excellent communication. Very clean. Each room has a small outdoor area with table and chairs. True value for the price and convenience of being close to the airport. Shuttle service available 24 hours for $10 euro a person.

  : The property was beneficial for proximity to FCO. There is a snack shop in front, a grocery store about a block and a half away, plus a few restaurants several blocks further.

  : The best part of the stay was coordinating and working with the Owner's representative Veronica. She helped us get the shuttle coordinated for transportation to and from the hotel. She also facilitated smooth check-in process. This hotel is about 10 or 15 minutes from the Rome airport by shuttle and located on the edge of a residential beach community. We were able to walk from the hotel to the beach in about 20 minutes, but not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area. However, we did run across a local Pizza place and had a fun time there among the locals. This hotel is right under the airport flight plan, but turned out to be surprisingly quiet during the night. The noise from the planes was not a problem. There is petrol station with a minimarket and coffee shop to grab coffee in the morning waiting on the shuttle to the airport. In the end, a good little local hotel to spend some time between flights in and out of the Rome airport.
  : Rooms were pretty small, but there were on seven of them. Shuttle was also a bit pricey at 20 Euros a person round trip, but also worth not having to deal with a car.
