  : Location to airport was good
  : The staff who initially welcomed us was friendly, was nice (didnt note his name) So we checked in and we were hungry, as there were no restaurants nearby we went to ask suggestions and help from the staff who was a different one. He was so rude! Not helpful at all! Its not nice to treat a paying guest that way. Also the electricity in the room kept going off a couple of times

  : Close to the airport, had a shuttle (additional cost, but minimal) to the airport. Staff was great and did everything they could to help me. Room was newly renovated. I wish I had spoken some Italian or their English had been better, but we managed to communicate. Great cappuccino with cocoa dusting made for me by the manager. Room had a great lightup mirror.
  : The shower was very small, but perhaps on target with European airport hotels. There was a very strong smell in the room (something like lemon. rosemary and lavender) that I didn't love it seemed to be coming from the curtains, so I opened the windows to air it out and that seemed better after a while. Breakfast was mostly cake: there was some hard cheese, prosciutto and yogurt in a refrigerator, but I'm a vegetarian and would have wanted more options - bread, fruit and vegetables, for example

  : Staff was very nice and helpfull. My shuttle to the airport was going to pick me up at 6:20am and even when their breakfast started at 7:30am, they offered me breakfast before leave.

  : The fact that the hotel would not talk to me directly regarding the date mix up. I prepaid for a night via booking .com.Booking.com deflected to the hotel staff.The hotel would not honour a simple date change. All very hard to deal with would not recommend.

  : It was close to the Rome airport FCO.
  : Totally disgusting rooms. And I had an upgraded room. Spider crawling across my bed right before I was getting into bed. It's just gross. Surprised Booking even shows this place as an option. I had to walk down 2 blocks of dark alleys just to get to the building I was in. Check in is two blocks from the room.

  : The room was big and clean. The bathroom is renovated. The matress is firm and good. Breakfast was ok.
  : The smell from the bad sheets was awfull and it was difficult to sleep because of that. Another thing that I didnt find is hangers for towels and clothes.
