  : The overnight guy was wonderful. Loved him. I would stay again as long as he is working. I have a child at DU and my visits will be frequent for the next 5 yrs.
  : We did not receive any housekeeping at all in 10 days we were there. Spoke to the housekeeper to do our room and came back not done. Had to go to the front desk late at night to get toilet paper and bags and took out our own garbage, as he was the only one that cared. It was supposed to be done on Wed and light on Saturdays, but it did not come either day.

  : The environment felt unsafe due to other patrons and people hanging around in the parking lot. Constant smell and irritation of marijuana smoke. Housekeeping was troubled by my declining service and said they had to inspect anyway. There is suspicious activity in parking lot and building.

  : The front desk person that I checked in with seem a little bit rude and annoying I don't know if she was disignorant or had a long day I have no idea and some tall racist bastard in the lobby he was always with her I don't know if that's her boyfriend or a co-worker but that was probably the most annoying thing and when I went to my room the TV didn't work I let her know she didn't do nothing or say anything about it I paid for that service I expect that service to be working Just like you guys expect us to pay our rates we expect our service to be in full connection it's that simple act right I'll be professional

  : I want to thank the maintenance guy who fixed my TV and the housekeeper who cleaned my room thank you guys for stepping up and being professional and acting with dignity and respect blessings on yours.
  : I'm not sure if it was the chairs or the bed but my neck was really sore towards the end of my time there might have had nothing to do with the property at all might have just been me but that was the only issue I really had other than that's a great property got a lot of good people work and they're take care of them and thank you guys for your work and respect and being professional to care business and having Integrity.

  : I told the girl I needed a room near the American disabled parking and a early check-in she couldn't do none of that the TV has some weird blue tint to it I don't know how they change that and the Wi-Fi was very slow if existing at all at times I needed it for work so it that didn't help out at all
