  : The only reason I booked this hotel is to have a few good nights of sleep while renovating our house 15 min away. I also booked it because it had listed hot tub(that was flooded and cold and of course did not work) so I figured I can get a few good nights of sleep and wake up fresh as I work from home. Nothing worked as planned, could not sleep due to noise, could not take a shower due to lack of hot water, could not use the internet to be able to work from home and to top it off when I told the manager he is arrogant and tells me there is nothing he can do because I booked multiple nights and basically why didn't I say this the first night. Basically I was too nice and I tried to put up with it because I was exhausted and just stayed at the hotel to sleep and was expecting to simply get over the first night, but it got worse and worse so no. I only asked for a refund for the last night that I actually slept at home with dust and everything upside down, with a bunch of clutter but honestly the experience at home with all the dust and clutter due to renevations was way better vs a hotel I paid over $500 just to get some damn sleep. He said no! Horrible customer service on top of it all!
  : I honestly did not like anything about this hotel. The first night I arrived around 10pm, there was a firetruck and the reception entrance was blocked with cones. I called the reception and they said someone pulled the fire alarm, so I felt better about it but when I came in at the reception, another receptionist came in from the outside and said along the lines that he took care of some garden snakes or something like that, so I thought ok...this experience is weird. After that I got my room and when I got into my room around 11pm all I wanted to do is sleep but it was simply impossible, there was a crackling noise coming out of the bathroom fan. At first, I thought it will go away within a few minutes but by 2am I could not sleep at all and I asked that they change my room. They finally changed my room..to a room overlooking the highway...there was still noise but it felt more manageable or at least that is what it felt because I was prob just exhausted. I woke up feeling pretty tired. I started my pc because I work from home and the hotel says Free Wifi... well surprise surprise, it did not work. I figured, I just need to get started at work and so I used my own hot spot to work and tried to move on. After work ended I went back home until it was yet again time to go to sleep. I attempted to go to sleep yet again at some decent time but I could not because of the traffic outside maybe until 1am. The hotel is literally near a highway and their windows insulation is terrible and old, so it sucked. This was a non-refundable booking so I really tried my best to just ignore "small details" and just try to get my sleep but it did not work out that way at all. Last day there I try to take a shower and there is not hot water... wth.

  : The location was perfect. Had alot of restaurants and stores near by.
  : The breakfast was bland and mediocre at best. The pool had the smallest towels to dry off. Some employees seemed bothered to answer questions or help with necessities.

  : Didn't like the idea that I gave them $100 cash deposit they tried to turn around and say that I never gave it to them they sat there and how to look over the cameras just to make sure that I handed the guy $100 bill that is very uncomfortable or less saying that I was lying which turned around and on the camera they only see me on the man the hundred dollars first they say if you're using a debit card you don't have to pay a deposit but yet they go and check the room before they release your deposit so which is it that was very uncomfortable very embarrassing and it was the manager so I don't think I will be going back to that hotel ever again and if any of you do make sure you get your receipt and if you pay with cash make sure that they put that on your receipt and you sign it and they sign it
