  : Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The facility was very clean and I really enjoyed using "real"dishes as opposed to plastic. The free breakfast was better than most.

  : My parents prefer this hotel chain over all others. They like the cleanliness and accommodations that are made for those with disabilities. Breakfast is good.
  : I booked this for my parents and when they went to the property they were unable to change the payment method and they had trouble checking in even with the reservation number.

  : I have been trying to get a receipt emailed to me for the parking I added on day 2 of my stay. After multiple emails back and forward I still do not have the correct receipt, in fact I have now been ignored for over a week on my last email.

  : It was a decent location for my clinical rotation
  : Room wasn’t clean, there was a substance all over the side of the bed, had them come clean it and then when it was time for bed, we found hair that was not ours in the bed along with other debris, I had to be up at 4:30 am and people were partying in parking lot all night. Had to wait hours for hot water the first night to shower. I did the survey for Hilton and they didn’t bother to reach out or offer me anything. I am a full time traveler and rarely give poor reviews.

  : We usually know what to expect when we book and no surprises.We had a good stay except for the brown water in all areas where water was accessible.
  : We were not happy about having brown water.

  : I was really looking forward to the breakfast, the info and choices made it look marvelous. The fork couldn't cut through the eggs and cheese omelet, there was no one to ask about any other choices. Precooked combos in styrofoam bowls with plastic covers on a warming tray and a few omelets were the only hot choice. No bagels, only milk to drink.
  : I had requested room away from noise as possible, when I checked in the were going to put us in a room next to the front desk, elevator, ice machine, pool, workout room and laundry on the first floor. When I requested a change I was given a lecture about how they didn't have a record of the request and I must have booked through booking.com and that they could have given me a better rate. Not what you want to hear when you have prepaid. I also received a lecture on the lack of cleaning for the room..." everyone" does it every other day. When I pointed out that they hadn't done it even "every other day" it was explained that they cleaned it every other OTHER day... with towels and the bed made only on the 4th day. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor. Twice. I called down to have them check it, they mopped up the water and I was told, sometimes the freezer shuts off to save money. All and all, a lackluster visit.If you add in the fact that it is at the end of a runway and sometimes fighter pilots do touch and goes there ( my husband could actually see the pilots face) I would end by saying it was kind of a cluster fiesta.

  : I like the cleanliness and the good smell of the room. Like the location, alot of restaurant nearby, and it's near the USCIS office where we had an interview and Oath Ceremony.
