  : The location is superb, stunning actually, and the flat well equipped.
  : Parking was a bit troublesome. The closest reasonable longer stay parking we could find was a 15 minute walk away.

  : Lots of the owners stuff in every cupboard so very little space for our clothes, food etc.

  : Lovely location. It is a small, cosy flat and I loved the sound of the river. The main bed is comfy, sofa bed less so but I suppose fair enough for a sofa bed! Well equipped. Would recommend.

  : The property was in a very pretty and convenient location, and we enjoyed walking locally.
  : The property was tired and somewhat messy. It needs a good deal of redecoration and some attention to the taps in particular. The kitchen was tiny and would have been impossible to get into if the dining table had actually been put up, so we ended up eating on our laps. The apartment could be charming with a little tlc. We wished we had been warned about the steep outside steps to access the property - difficult to negotiate with heavy suitcases in the dark and pouring rain.

  : The location was excellent. It was a lovely dog friendly environment. Great walks along the Waters of Leith and beyond
  : Unfortunately, I felt the management company neglected this property. The toilet didn't flush the day after arrival, even though they knew it was an ongoing problem. It was fixed promptly, but there was now a constant noise of water overflowing the system until it was permanently fixed on our departure date. The six bulb light fitting only had one bulb. There was a lots of cutlery left on the surface. But most importantly, where is the garden? A path leading to it? Nothing, just a lot of brambles .

  : Amazing location, lovely quiet part of town. You fall asleep to the sound of the river running below. 20 minute walk into Old Town. Super cozy.
  : Probably more comfortable with 2 people instead of 4. The sofa is not great for heavier people and the apartment is quite small so you have to move stuff around a bit. But still perfectly doable with 4 people, and great value for money.

  : Great location- easy walking distance of everywhere.
  : The king size bed was appreciated but the mattress wasnt so good, you can feel the springs! The steps down to the property got very slippy in the rain. The steps are mentioned in the description but they are REALLY not suitable for anyone with even a little bit of restricted mobility. We were OK but think the warnings could be more emphatic.
