  : Sacha was an absolutely lovely lady and very helpful accommodating us by getting us a later check out as our flight until 10 pm
  : Didn't like looking out at all the rubbish on Thistle lane,was thinking it was an attraction for vermonAlso l think a small welcome basket of milk bread and butter would on been nice, something we do a lot on in northern IrelandDon't agree with checking in at 8 pm and being charged extra and the 200 deposit for damages,,that certainly needs to be stated in larger print when bookingOn morning of check out when l was removing pillow case l found a spider in it which really freaked me outNowadays when we all go away since we have just high standards of living at home we expect the same when we are away King-size beds in my opinion are what most people prefer especially if you are sharing it

  : This is a great property in a great location. Overall this is an excellent property, and all the staff we dealt with were very helpful.
  : I prefer a key safe and do not see the need for meet and greet for self catering apartments. It creates an additional set of calls to state when you will arrive, and with unpredictable traffic heading into a city centre, therefore requires a number of calls or texts. The shower could do with an update. My ratings would have been higher if the cost was lower.

  : Both location and facility/ layout of the apartment are great for family. It is less than 15 mins fromEdinburgh train station. Very near to restaurants and grocery stores. Love the modern fire place! Kitchen is of a good size for cooking. The apartment is stylish and practical too.
  : Living hall heating can be better. It was freezing at night.

  : Showers were both very tough to work as one was spraying everywhere and the other was hard to manage the temperature but everything else is perfect

  : Big spacious and clean apartment, we had 4 people and it was the perfect size. Great location we walked everywhere. Lovely host when we met to get the keys. Great sitting room area
  : On a noisy back street, restaurants clearing bins and glasses very early in the morning did wake us
