  : Lovely large rooms, fantastic central location yet quiet away from the noise of Princess st. Nice welcoming lobby.
  : There was no bath and the shower was awful, if you dont want to wash your hair yet still wash it was virtually impossible to get away from the jets. It was small cramped and the doors didnt close properly which was disappointing in such lovely large rooms. I do wish they would put two covers on the pillows which were lumpy and were exposed at the ends and it wasnt nice to think hundreds of other people had slept on them and similar was true of the duvet which was open at the bottom . As the covers are only washed its unpleasant these were not covered properly.

  : Location was amazing, apartment was clean, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance
  : In order to get the apartment code, I was told to ring the apartments phone number any time after 10am - I rang 15 times(!) after 10am and there was no answer each time, in the end I had to ring the emergency number which was helpful and I was told I could check in early. However, ringing 15 times for an hour and walking around the city with luggage was not a pleasant experience. Customer support needs to be invested in or else email the code the night before so people dont have to be waiting that morning! The shower in apartment 7 was tiny - I could barely turn around inside in it. Apartment 7 was also a bit disappointing compared to the pictures on booking.com. The sofa bed was turned into a double bed and we were only provided with 2 pillows for that bed (of course you can ask for more if needed)

  : Terrible noise proofing. I lived in the ground floor and I felt like people walking outside were literally by my side.
