  : Excellent location. Spacious and clean. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Secure building.
  : 69 stairs up to our flat & no lift - would be nice for people to have a heads up regarding this. If my mother had come with us it would have been very difficult. Minimal directions given/very confusing instructions. On one confirmation address simply given with street name. Second was for 4 & 18and flat number 4/5 second floor. It was address 4 and flat number 5 on the 4th floor. Parking reservation was a nightmare as no details given. Car park was tucked down an alley behind an iron gate. Address given for park 20 was written on a storefront window- we had to call the emergency number for assistance as it was dark and raining by this time and we were at a loss. Definitely make this company tell you EXACTLY where things are well ahead of your reservation date. I am mystified why they dont bother to do this. I even sent a message about it the next day and it was completely ignored. There are tons of lovely flats in Edinburgh- go with one that provides good customer service.

  : The stairs. It's strenuous to carry heavy luggage up to a higher level. Maybe could explore how to provide ways to bring luggage to higher floors e.g. a small lift just for luggage.

  : Very easy to access all tourist areas from the apartment! Clean and well maintained!
  : Very hard to find the apartment entry upon arrival - not well marked and when we called Booking they werent familiar with the property and were not helpful. Add the photo below to the website so people can find the door.
