  : Location of the apartment is fabulous. It is in the heart of the old city. Easy access to restaurants and sights. Apartment is nicely furnished. The welcome bottle of wine was very much appreciated.

  : This apartment was listed as nonsmoking. But as we entered the apartment there was a extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke. The smell was in the chairs, bedsheets, pillows, bathroom towels etc. Had to request for them to spray and provide clean sheets. Im a smoker, but I dont smoke indoors, so that should tell you how bad the smell was. My daughter and niece was not comfortable. The apartment is at the very top to lots and lots of steep steeps to climb. I would suggest that the owner replace everything from bedsheets to chair and enforce a nonsmoking policy.

  : Comfortable beds, washing machine and kitchen in walled section of Dubrovnik.
  : Poor communication from rental agent. Direct Booker, the rental agent, did not send me information on how to get into the property. I even sent them an email requesting information, but Mauro responded but did not include that in his response. The owners son stopped by to apologize for the rental agents mistake. If you are staying at this place, please make sure that you get the lock box code via email as there is no one on site. Also, this property is on a street with more than 100 stone stepswhich is true of many of the apartments in the old area. This is a two story property with the bathroom on a different floor from the bedrooms-not the best match for seniors.
