  : couldnt ask for a more central location in the old town of Dubrovnik.
  : Even though it looks like a modern refurbishment a lot of corners have been cut and the finishing a arent fantastic. Paint chipping off the windowsills, glass shower door not attached at the floor and very very limited space in the kitchen area. Overall it was a pleasant stay but not worth the hefty price we paid for it.

  : Modern facilities in a very convenient location, everything is by your doorstep.
  : The check in process was not particularly smooth. The unit was not the very visible (particularly for someone who is not familiar with Dubrovnik) and we were not able to get a hold of anyone until exactly at check-in time (3pm). The process feels a little rigid, and believe there is a little more flexibility the team can extend (especially knowing the unit is already ready). Additionally, there wasnt enough hot water for 3.

  : The size of the apartment and its location are great, just a few stairs involved to reach it and located in a really cozy street with many options for restaurants in Dubrovnik. We tried the restaurant just down the apartment and it was outstanding we can really recommend it! The communication with the host was very good, detailed check-in instructions (make sure to read it all very well) and they were always available if any help was needed.
  : In general we really liked our stay however its important to note that the air conditioning is a bit old and does not cool down too much, however it was fresh enough to be comfortable. If you like to sleep very cold or youd like to arrive to a cold apartment after a beach day or after walking the wall this might not be the place for you but if you are good with a fresh enough environment then we definitely recommend this place. The other small thing is that the apartments name mentions there is a view however this is not true, our apartment had 2 windows looking to another building very close by and there was no chance for a view. Not that its needed tho, Dubrovnik has plenty of options to experience amazing views but I would advise to change this name to not mislead customers.

  : The location is excellent, right inside the walls, downstairs you are restaurants but they close early so no loud music or chatting. The furniture was lovely, nice touch, bathroom shower was great, bed was really comfy.
  : It does no have large windows and it faces a very narrow road, no much ventilation so it has a musty smell. I left the windows open which it helped. Is max for 2 people, the kitchen is minimal, not many pots to cook, for a short stay is OK.
