: Good location
: The kitchen and bathroom were filthy, drity dishes, surfaces and used food in cupboards. The stove top was both gas( but no bottle) electric hobs did not function adequately. The oven was disgusting. Refrigerator shelves were either broken or had dried blood on them. No kettle, no toilet paper, no drying rack, no trash cans. Rooms smelt of smoke. Cuttlery and china were insufficient for the number of guests advertised. No family room.

: this property stands alone at value for the location in old town Dubrovnik so if thats a priority for you, book it. The unit is traditional family dwelling- lots of stairs but you benefit from being so close to the Main Street. Beds were comfortable. its a quiet street for being so central.
: the AC is inefficient for all bedrooms but if forecast looks good you can open windows.. its an old unit that could use some upgrades but its sufficient for a couple nights. would have appreciated some instant coffee in the room with sugar (perhaps a uniquely American expectation of rentals).
