  : Location was great, staff were okay - the entrance/lift etc were fairly well presented. Checkin was an okay experience, staff were fairly receptive and didn't take too long to fix the various issues i faced during my stay The gym was okay. Wifi was good and no issues here. Bed was also okay (not amazing but good enough) The pool was okay - the pool view was nice.
  : The check-in process was very brief, with no mention of room service timings/pool/gym use/opening times or anything else - just given a key and on you go. It took me ages to work out where breakfast was (its basically a couple of rooms that are converted into a small hall. The food was very poor, selection was poor, Black Hard boiled eggs, chicken hot dog sausages, curry, fruit and some basic cereal. The lady in the Spa was very rude you exit the lift to get to the gym/pool and are faced with the reception - I waited patiently for 3-4 minutes as I didn't want to interrupt her from a speakerphone conversation with that sounded like a call with her boyfriend I asked if you need to book in for the pool/gym etc and she looked appalled - pointed and said 'read the times on the door'. The sauna didn't work, and neither did the steam room (thankfully as this smelled like the staff used it for their toilet. When i visited the pool to relax after a long day 7-8 of the staff seemed to just use this as a break room to get away from work so was hardly relaxing. We have no hob (just a hole where the hob should have been) - I called reception after 30+ hours of travelling and they sent somebody up after 1.5 hours or so, he brought me a portable, camping stove basically. Then siliconed two bathroom tiles over the hole - which did the job, although I felt I was going to faint whilst cooking with the smell of the silicone! The stove was terrible and simple chicken burgers took almost two hours to make - we gave up on the hob and ate out every other night!

  : the Indian Manager was very welcoming and helpful, the wifi connection is great too
  : the lady at the reception was not welcoming or helpful when i had a concern, she has an attitude.

  : No mirror in common Toilet & bathroom, slippery floors, no mats outside washrooms, utensil cleaning not attended inspite of calling for it. Wooden bed making sounds, needs to be taken care
