WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
People 12 years old and over stay for AED 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Golden Sands 3 Swimming pool is closed from Thu 15 Sept 2022 until Sat 15 Oct 2022
A damage deposit of AED 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the property only accepts credit cards, not debit cards.

Please note that the hotel does not accept third party payment. Credit card used at the time of booking needs to be presented at check in.

Please note that the guest credit card will be pre-authorized prior to arrival for all bookings with standard cancellation policy. For non-refundable bookings, credit cards will be charged at the time of booking. Given credit card must belong to the travelling guest.
