  : The staff was really good and interactive. The service provided by the staff . Specially Rishad who was attending the housekeeping was excellent. The room was average
  : The intercom was not working. The shower are was very very uncomfortable.The television don't have international channel's. There is lot of maintenance for the rooms and bathroom to be done

  : Room didnt have kettle, cups, iron, cutlery, water bottle. TV and intercom wasn't working.So got only bed and bathroom.

  : There is nothing much like about it other than the service boy who attended the requests politely.
  : I recently had a thoroughly disappointing experience during my stay Tulip hotel. I feel compelled to share my negative encounter to alert potential guests about the subpar conditions and service I encountered.Upon entering the hotel apartment, a foul smell permeated the air , leaving a lasting unfavourable impression. The washing machine and stove were visibly dirty showing a lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. I have attached pictures for reference as they speak louder than words.To add to the discomfort there were no towels provided in the room. This inconvenience led me to contact the reception for assistance but my calls went unanswered for a frustrating 15 mins.Desperate for a resolution, I even tried the direct mobile number listed on the hotels website , yet my attempts to communicate were met with silence.Venturing down to the reception in person , I was shocked to find the staff member seemingly unconcerned with the lack of responsiveness. When I expressed my frustration, the response I received was dismissive with a mere suggestion to try calling again This experience at Tulip hotel has undoubtedly been the worst Ive encountered in all my travels .The uncleanliness of the room coupled with lack of essential amenities and unresponsive staff has left me with a lasting negative impression .I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice of accommodation as my stay as far from the comfortable and welcoming experience one would expect from a reputable hotel.
