A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
This property is a registered holiday home apartment; it is also a serviced apartment but not a standalone hotel.

All guests are required to send photo identification or passport copies to the property at least 24 hours before arrival for access and security purposes.
