  : The apartment is greatly located in the Souk Al Bahar residence, right next to The Address Downtown Hotel and The Palace Downtown, which are famous addresses very close to Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall and the waterfountain shows! It has a great pool area (although the pool is only 1m deep) from which you have fantastic views over the Burj Khalifa! Very well equipped gym, also with an amazing view, and a billiard room. It is quiet also a few meters away from the hectic of the Dubai Mall and the surroundings. You may here the music from the bars across and you can get a glimpse from the water shows from the balcony, but the noise is not too bad at all, it finishes around 23 pm or midnight. The apartment is well equipped, you have all necessary amenities. The contact person Zeeshan was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent quality for the price we got, but I think that was an exception as we booked during the covid period, where they probably had only a few bookings. I would definitely recommend this apartment !
  : There was water dropping from the ceiling in the big bathroom on the first night. Zeeshan sent immediately the caretakers. When showering, there is not such a good evacuation hole to get the water away. So the whole bathroom floor was often wet. Another bathroom rug would have been perfect. The toaster was not working, but the oven was easy to use. A kitchen cloth was missing. The balcony was to small to sit outside. The access to the apartment is through the Souk Al Bahar Parking, on the right hand side, Tajer/Entrance Lobby C, which is a bit weird but quite handy if you have a rental car or arriving with the taxi, which can go inside the parking and drop you right in from of Tajer C.

  : Close proximity to Dubai Mall. Spinneys supermarket, Jamaican restaurant and 2 bars located inside the complex. Multiple other restaurants and tourist attractions within short walking distance.
  : Some taxi drivers don't know where "Rehaan 5, Arabian Old Town" is, not until I mentioned Al Manzil District. Also, they (taxis) need to access the underground parking area if you're checking in/out - I had to grab a taxi on the road and guide them into the underground parking for us to eventually exit the place.Mattress definitely needs to be replaced - it slopes inward from the sides.Staff was not reachable - turns out the person who help us check in left the company a day or 2 later.
