  : Check in takes so long, they take cleaning fess but the appartement was not clean as it needs to be, No daily cleaning service for those who wants, no access to the pool and gym.

  : The location was very good it was close to Dubai mall and had carrefour close to the building too.
  : The place was dirty on our arrival the toilet had hair on the towel rack. The bedsheets had dead bugs stuck to them. The towels were very old and worn out. The washing machine wasn’t working and neither was the air conditioning. The maintenance said that they would come for servicing the ac but didn’t come on the appointed time. The sofa in the living room is also very worn out and the poor hygiene conditions made the stay very uncomfortable. Only if the cleaning staff was efficient we would have had an enjoyable stay.

  : They way they trick u and get additional money which is double your booking fare. They twll u it has burj khalifa view wheb all u can see is a building next door. Staff does not care to serve.
