  : Toilet was broken and would fill up to the top then took a bit to go down. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Note: the motel picture here was not the same location.

  : Room had two beds. Bath towels were nice.
  : The room was dirty, everywhere. The bedspread had cigarette burns. The phone to the front desk did not work. The TV did not work. The shower had a pool of rust around the drain. The toilet ran all night. Breakfast was non existent, a few pieces of bread you could toast and some coffee and juice. It was extremely overpriced for what it is.

  : The facility is in very poor conditions! Lots of addicts loitering around the facility. We felt unsafe.

  : I asked if an early check-in was possible, and he accommodated an hour earlier.
  : Room smelled immensely like weed. The bathroom had water around the toilet and tub. Called the front desk, but they were unable to fix it within the hour, so we left and called 2 hours later to find out it hadn't been looked at. Waited one more hour, called again, to learn they didn't see a leak around the sink at all. We never mentioned the sink. Husband went to the room to find out the water around the toilet was still there, and there was a wet rag left on the floor, under the sink. Husband went to speak with manager. Manager offered a different room with a broken tv, stating all we were doing was sleeping in the room and didn't need one. Husband did not accept the broken tv room. The manager just kept repeating, "we will accommodate you." When I learned of this, I was livid. Husband called asking for a refund. I was unable to use the facility at 4pm. to shower. I was unable to enjoy my visit because of this fiasco. We asked for a refund. And because we booked through Booking.com we could not get a full refund. They said a $25 fee is charged, no matter whose was at fault. Well, I am gonna fight the $25.00
