  : Comfy mattress and pillows! Good breakfast. Friendly people.
  : The second day of my stay, the front entrance was closed off due to the front parking lot getting a new asphalt sealant. I had to walk from the back entrance and I didn't have a key yet for the second day of my stay. Fortunately, an employee helped me out.

  : I booked online for 2 nights. I left one day earlier. When I looked at my account, they charged me 3 times$113.76, $113.86, and $227.56. I called to explain, and the lady kept saying we credited it back to your account. No, they did not. The $113.76 fell off. However, the other $113.76 and $227.56 were posted to my account. The $113.76 that posted is correct. The $227.56 is not correctI don't know the young man's name at the desk but he was very helpful with my TV and patient. However,I will never go back to Mainstay in Dover.

  : Having some options like hot oatmeal or boiled eggs would be a good thing to add to the breakfast.
  : We had a king suite with accessibility. The bathtub was scary. It creaked when we stepped into it. I was afraid I might fall through. The lamp in the living room area was broken, and the one in the bedroom had no bulb.

  : The breakfast was good. Adequate selection of quick cooking (ie: waffles, biscuit sandwiches) and ready to eat breakfast items (pastry, yogurt, cereals, etc.). The breakfast area was very clean. Hotel offered 24 free coffee and tea in the lobby and also in the guest rooms. Parking was good and free. There was a small exercise room. Front desk was friendly (we had a problem with our tv and the front desk person came to our room and set it up for us).
  : The hotel location isn't great (there's an empty mall next door to it - nothing near by at all). The pool was closed. We stayed two nights. The second day room service brought clean towels for the room and that's it. The room was not cleaned, trash was not emptied, coffee was not refilled, bed not made. I did see some small ants near the air conditioner and on the desk - not a lot just a few but they were there (perhaps they should step up their cleaning routine considering it's an extended stay hotel). The air conditioning was inadequate when it came to sleeping. There was a partial wall between the unit that was on the floor near the window and where we slept. The air did not travel to the sleeping area very well. We were in the midst of a heatwave so sleeping was not very comfortable. Also, the bathroom was not well ventilated.
