  : The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was plenty of hot water, and the beds were comfortable enough. Coffee was pretty good, and available 24 hours. The refrigerator and microwave worked well.
  : The hotel's appearance is worn looking overall,with maintenance issues, judging from our room. For example, we initially reported the hairdryer didnt work, and staff provided a new one. It actually turned out that the entire outlet at the vanity area didn't work, and we reported that. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. We had to be careful using the towel bar in the bath area, as both ends were coming away from the wall. Detailed cleaning was being missed, like dirt in the corners of the floors, dust on lamps,etc., and dirty fingerprints around light switches. I wiped off one area that had what looked like food or something. I did request the floor to be mopped after we arrived, and that was done right away. Our socks stayed clean after that. I was told mopping is done daily when room service is let in, and we noticed that the floors had been mopped on those days. The cleaning may be an issue of staffing, like all businesses seem to be having. Room repairs and maintenance though,seem to have been deferred for quite some time.

  : The other guests clearly lived there is was a cross between a halfway house and a brothel. Old. Looks run down. Very sketchy vibe.
