  : The quietness of the area, and the night sky, the choice of meals as well. Tucked away in a village not far from Blandford Forum and Dorchester Good choice of ales.
  : The steep climb to the Chalets, no wardrobes to hang your clothes.

  : Asked for vinegar was given a bottle of white vinegar which had pour on top breakfast mug of tea coffee Black with cartons of milk no sauce ie brown or ketchup offered bloody crap to be fair 2nd night ordered beef stroganoff it was rank

  : Nothing, it was awful. Waste of money.
  : When we arrived there was no one there so we had to wait nearly 30 minutes until the owner turned up and wasn't friendly at all.Facilities were basic, with no wifi as promised which wasn't helpful as I needed it for work.Restaurant/dining areas was filthy, had to repeatedly ask daily for basics like butter, juice. Bread was moldy one day so had they had to defrost a loaf in the microwave.Cleanliness was awful, cobwebs and dead flies clearly had been left for weeks. Tables were sticky and dirty along with the floor.Owner was rude throughout the whole stay, his wife however was trying her best and was nice.

  : The location was remote, quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The owners were lovely and welcoming and made you feel right at home! We enjoyed joining in on the pub quiz and the guinea pigs were an added bonus! Staying in a chalet also gave it a real holiday feeling!
