  : location was great, lots of walks lower part of the cottage was good, very clean, tv was very small but did have Netflix, bathroom upstairs was nice
  : main issue- bedroom upstairs was nice until we noticed flying bugs/ants coming out of the loft, they were everywhere! coming down the walls onto the bed. we did contact OOH warden who were awesome and managed to find us alternative accommodation for the night, but could not resolve the issue so spent all our holiday going between cottage and the alternative accommodation across the reserve/centre due to the issue not being resolved. this was very awkward due to having a dog with us, and a mother who has a long term disability. the alternative accommodation was like a hostel, 2 single beds and very small toilet barely any room when you have a dog with you although was clean. restrictions were also noted where dogs weren't allowed upstairs in the bedrooms which was not noted on advert and at the alternative accommodation weren't allowed upstairs either. could also not use the fire as the doors to the fire place wouldn't open and looked like it had bugs inside the fireplace inside the cottage.

  : Didnt like being situated in the middle of a small car park. Bed wasnt that comfortable.
