  : Location. Near Airport. Free shuttle to airport. Breakfast is early and removed by 8.30 am.
  : Normally I don’t post negative review but this was first incident where Front desk lady Briana had some attitude. I told her that she is in hospitality industry and should stay away from this attitude.Hotel is providing open internet connection. Many of work laptop does not work on this open WiFi. I had same issue with Laquinta at boulder property one week back and their front desk Darrick was awesome. When I spoke to him he immediately gave me a number to call and that resolves my issue at boulder property.I told Briana same thing that please provide your WiFi support number so that I can get my work laptop WiFi connected. She just showed and attitude and tells me that she can’t give any number and tells me you Google and find out Velocity internet provider support number.She kept watching how I am struggling for two hours to get support. At same time velocity 800 support person was ready to help me but wanted to confirm some thing with property manager. When I took phone to her she again showed attitude that she will not speak on customer phones. She asked velocities rep to call directly to her.She was not giving her number were to call, after some discussion she gave number.While I am struggling in front of her to fix this WiFi issue she went inside and not sure what she spoke but she didn’t even had curtesy to come back tell me what was going on. She just ignored me.After a while when I asked what happened she told me I called Canada support number and she gave me random number which was not even operating.I gave up next day I called boulder property and asked for that number. Immediately Darrick gave me that number and when I called that number immediately they fixed my WiFi issue. In just five minutes and I was online. I wished Front desk Briana had provided me this number first time when I asked this.

  : The location was nice..
  : The shuttle driver was a very nice guy!!!The Wi-Fi in the room didn't work at All!!I called down too the front desk and the young lady told me too come down and she would show me how!! LOLThe dish network was absolutely crap, the television would reset itself every 5 to 10mins.The clock in the room was 5mins slow, so when I checked out on Sunday, I went down too catch the airport shuttle but it left because the clock in the room had the incorrect time!!Even though I called down too the first desk clerk guy and told him I was coming down for the shuttle. He could careless, went in the back office and hid.I will come too Denver a few more times but I will not stay @ this hotel or recommend it!!

  : The well-maintained and very nice territory of the hotel. The rooms are cozy and spacious. A good breakfast. Laundry room.
  : Water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. The staff was only able to fix it the next day.

  : Worn interior. Chipped paint. Old elevator. Had to pay for parking.
