  : This was tge worst experience. There was no room available for me when I got there. It was prepaid. I lost my money and had no place to stay for my layover in Denver.I am grateful the staff let me have breakfast after being on a flight all night. They also allowed me to sleep shortly in one of the lobby chairs.

I had prepaid for the room for Friday, not realizing that getting into the airport at 430 a.m. would mean the room should have been booked for Thursday night. When I discovered what I had done, I called the hotel a week ahead of time and they assured me that it was nowhere near capacity 1 week before I was supposed to be there. That was not the case.. So not only did I not get a room, but I lost my money,, Had to go back to the airport.I had been told that the hotel would have a room for me because they were not full. I could have booked a room somewhere else but didn't because they assured me there would most likely be a room.That changed a few days before my booking.I realize this was my mistake...a very expensive one...more costly however was the physical and emotional toll.
