  : There wasn’t much to like other than it provides the basic needs of somewhere to sleep.
  : 1. The transport van was 30 minutes later than when I was told by reception. I called back multiple times and they continually told me they were on the way and would be there in just a few minutes. It was after midnight and I didn’t appreciate being fibbed to… if I had know they wouldn’t arrive for 45 minutes then I would have grabbed an Uber. 2. I finally arrived to the hotel and got to my room to discover there was NO HOT WATER… I had only 5 hours to sleep before leaving again to go catch my rescheduled flight (my original one was canceled, leaving me stranded in Denver for the night). In the morning, on my way out, I said to reception “there was no hot water…” and he said “oh, yeah, that’s kinda the main problem right now.” It would have been nice to have been informed of this when I arrived! Not when I stood by the bath faucet for 10 minutes waiting for hot water that did not exist!! 3. The hotel was simply dingy and cheap. Period.

  : On arrival the shuttle was unavailable despite being told if we called on landing it could be arranged. At the hotel we had no bathroom light, and in the morning no hot water.We were told to call the hotel to arrange a refund but no one is answering the phone, so we have not received a refund.
