  : The room was very nice and clean. Staff very kind
  : The beds were not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs going through the mattress, which was very uncomfortable.

  : Friendly staff, helpfull. I mentioned that one of the bedlights was not functioning and the immediately made a note of it for it to be fixed.
  : The outside window was closed, but the nois from the outside could be heard as if the window was open. This is also a problem with the cafes outside, but I wanted to mention it. Also the is no air-conditioning in the room.

  : very close to all of what Cologne could offer and is in the heart of the city
  : there was no heaters or a/c so electrical heaters were put there instead, also, the bathroom smelled really bad

  : The hotel was in a great location. Check-in was smooth. Complimentary mineral water was delightful in the warm weather.
  : The breakfast was laid out all over the restaurant, it was difficult to get a feel of what was available. The cheese platter had a moldy orange slice on it. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the shower doors didnt open all the way.

  : Great location in the best part of Old Town. Very busy and lively. Fifty percent off parking at the Market parking garage, just a block walk away from the hotel. Hotel stamps the ticket at the desk, after putting the stamped ticket in the machine the discount is given. We asked for a fan and there were two in the room which were much needed. Coffee and drink cooler in the room. Free apples at reception!
  : No AC, it gets hot in the room but if the window is open it is very very loud with bar noise until 2am. If the window is closed it actually provides good sound proofing but quickly gets hot even on cold nights. Perhaps the river side of the hotel is quieter. The room was very small for the price but we made it work.
