  : The location was perfect for the Christmas Markets.
  : We travel a lot and stay in mid priced accommodation. This was an unacceptably dirty apartment - food on floor, old food in fridge. Thick dust and cobwebs around bed areas which I had to clean as my wife gets asthma. Some furniture broken and dangerous - dont use the table. TV not working and microwave was not clean and was also in a bad state of repair. Unfortunately the apartment block was echoey and you can hear everything so it was often hard to sleep through the noise. Arrived early and initially told to leave cases outside until 2pm ! despite communication that we would be early and they had agreed to store inside. The host was quirky at best and a bit rude. Reading other reviews I expect a similar responseFor E400/ night this was incredibly poor value.

  : The location was ideal for the time of year as we were there for the Christmas markets and they were literally across the road.
  : The property was in clear need of renovation and updating. The shower was extremely difficult to pull on, the mice could be heard clawing at night and the heating did not work. The staff were friendly and helpful when around but they were not on reception 24hrs and there was no housekeeping for the duration of our stay.

  : Super friendly staff who kindly arranged our late check-out request for free during Carnival (!), the location can't be better and a family apartment (not the deluxe one) is a way better than in photos. Many thanks for everything!

  : No hot water and no heat. No one got showers and it was a cold night and heat did not work

  : The location was great.
  : The hotel staff only made up bed and pillows for the exact number of people staying in the apartment, which was frustrating because they made up the two queen size beds and not the twin beds which are actually the ones we needed. I dont know why all 3 bedrooms wouldnt be made up when you rent the apartment. Then when we asked additional pillows and towels at around 5pm, we had to wait until the next morning when house keeping was available. Not sure why the front desk team couldnt provide these things. Also the bathroom was not ideal and had a very strong sewage smell that was hard to deal with while in there.
