  : the location. that was it. nothing about our stay was enjoyable.
  : they double booked our room, there was a man in our room in his boxers. the shower didnt work, the bedsheets were stained yellow, the sink was clogged, the plugs didnt work, the lights didnt all work, the renovation work began at 7:30am even on Saturdays. the walls are paper thin so can hear everyone else in the building. staff were rude and unhelpful and avoiding us after the room mishap which was their fault. we asked for a refund, at least for the first night as they gave us a tiny room (not the one we booked and paid for) and they have ignored us via email, booking.com and wont answer the phone. shocking customer service.

  : Nothing~ property was grossly misrepresented. It was filthy, dirty. So small one person could barely fit in the room. Broken shower & hot plates. Stained bed headboard walls and curtains. Wallpaper peeling dirty floors, dirty bedding, dirty towels. Mattress falling apart. No one to greet us no one to contact. We were told the owner of the property was out of the out of the country. We felt very unsafe! I would like a total refund. Please! There was no lobby. This was not a Hotel. Our reservation had been canceled. Not but a day or two before we got an email of our new accommodations

  : Clean bathroom and room. Help on arrival but glad we had a little german; friendly English speaking help on departure. Good wifi connection. Good hot water in easily operated shower. There was a very nice organic cafe (cafe goldjunge) across the road for breakfast/light lunch (we went 9 am. Not sure how early it opens. 105 euros per room per night and fairly central was reasonable but there were quite a lot of drawbacks especially for elderly visitors. Location ok for good walkers but not on an obvious bus route into town.
  : Could be described as rooms rather than hotel Ring a street entrance bell for buzzed in entry then steepish flight to desk for registration then 6 more flights of stairs (all currently ducktaped for redecorating) to our top floor rooms. Even though knew in advance no lift, quite an undertaking. Bathroom- No glass or even a paper cup to drink from or take medicines. Curtain very worn in smaller room. If you want tea or coffee in room byo everything you need! Larger of our rooms couldnt be locked from inside.

  : Quite close to the centre. Its a walk but not too far. Price is good, room was good. Its fine for short stays. Exactly what you need for a city trip hotel.

  : The location is good, the house is perfectly clean, the breakfast was pleasant, they accept dogs.
  : The house is old, the stairs are steep, there is no lift, in the room there was no heating, no glass for water to take medecin, no personal except a grumpy old man in the afternoon who gives no information, breakfast only starts at 8.00am.
