Children up to and including 17 years old stay for £30 per person per night when using an existing bed.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size.
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the property has no reception. Please contact the property at least 1 hour before arrival for check in arrangements.

Payment is taken upon booking. The property will contact you after payment to provide check-in instructions.
