  : Large spacious house.
  : Both showers were hard to control to get the right temperature. There were two awkward steps in the property and one of us fell badly hitting her head on sharp metal stairs. The toilets did not flush easily. The TV was complex to use. There were lots of unguarded electric cables. Overall, we felt the property needed an overhaul, especially the bathrooms and the kitchen area. We felt it was a really unsafe property for older guests and for anyone with young children.

  : A quiet, very clean and comfortable apartment-good value too. Everything worked. I will stay again! Nice to have a small garden area.

  : The house was situated in a residential area with on street parking. The location was quiet and only a 10 minute walk into Chesterfield. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance and it was near to a retail park although some of the stores weren't open due to refurbishment work. There was a large M&S on the retail park and a Lidl nearby. The location was a good base for travelling around the are to places such as Chatsworth and Hardwick House.
  : The downstairs has been converted into a large open plan area with a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The latter has a polycarbonate roof. The owner put the heating on prior to our arrival but due to the sub zero conditions the house took along time to heat up. After a day the property was very comfortable.
