: We booked this trip for our 25th anniversary. We have two children who are allergic to dogs. When we booked this property the property was advertised as no pets allowed. When we entered the property my children starting sneezing and feeling itchy. We immediately noted various signs in the apartment on how to take care of your pets and the pet policy. We even saw doggie bags and a dog crate with bedding in the closet. The carpet had stains throughout the property. We called booking.com and vacasa immediately. We were told that the pet policy must have just changed. I told them that we could not stay and we would have to be relocated. Both booking.com and vacasa said they will be in touch. We left the property to go and eat and grab groceries. While we were out we received a call from both agencies. Booking said they could not help and only vacasa could help. We continued to call vacasa and we were told that they would not do anything either until they have heard from the property manager. It was around 8pm now and we were tired from traveling 6 hours. One of the vacasa personnel gave us his person cell number and said he would be available by text and we will have a resolution within the hour; he never responded to any of our texts. We called vacasa again and they told us that they could do nothing and had the audacity to suggest we should sleep in our vehicle after speeding over $2000 on this rental. We called other properties in Chelan but no one had availability. So we could either leave at 11:00pm and drive 6 hours to go home or stay. Ultimately my children slept with their masks on and early morning we vacated the property. We were in the property for less than 8 hours (including sleep time). I do not recommend either booking.com nor vacasa.com. They are falsely advertising properties and thereafter are taking no accountability. STAY AWAY.

: The house was not clean, laundry have clothes inside, bathrooms are very dirty and the master room bathroom toilet is broken, the liners have blood, chair in the dining room is broken etc
