  : Although I thought that the place was clean, there were things like cob webs in corners, crumbs and dust on some things and comforters were not cleaned. The main comforter on the bed didn’t seem to have been cleaned and when pulled out comforter out of the closet for the couch, there was marks and stains that looked as if it was not washed. I hope that clean linens includes all blankets including comforters are washed every time between guests, especially since COVID is a big issue right now...

  : Great location and friendly customer service, we could walk downtown and to the lake.
  : The air conditioner was broken so it was about 85 degrees inside the whole time. Maintenance person was friendly and attentive and came on the second day of our 2 night visit. We came back to the apartment after our outing to find that the maintenance person took the only key and locked us out of the room while he was out getting parts. Had to wait in the car for him for an hour with our child and baby. After that, we had someone in and out of our apartment for the next hour or 2 trying to fix the A/C while we were trying to lay kids down for a nap. Unfortunately A/C was never fixed and we spent a good part of our vacation accommodating the A/C repair person. Disappointing experience considering the money it cost us to stay here. About $1,500 for 2 nights. Would have appreciated a partial refund for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t stay again.

  : Good location near Don Moore Park and lake, nice view
  : Carpet and couch stained, General appearance of furniture was tired. Pool was dirty, cloudy, with debris floating on surface throughout our stay so we did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool. Top of refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month, dust was suck on! As owners of a vacation condo, ourselves, we expected better.

  : One armoire in the bedroom whose doors wouldn't open, perhaps this was where there were extra blankets/bedding. My friend had to bring a comforter to use. Zero hot pads so used a bath towel and still managed to slip and burn my hand. rug needed a good shampoo. Could not adjust the temp despite trying. No explanation of what channels were. Location was perfect, view outstanding, cost way too much.

  : The place was worn. The stovetop was cracked; the water faucets were opposite; dirty carpets, and shower grout needed cleaning. The traffic on the main road was loud.
