  : Convenient to CLT airport
  : Desk clerk greeted me in his pajamas through the door. Room was filthy. Lights did not work. Holes were in wall above bed. I was so mortified by the room that I couldn’t sleep. The ‘non-smoking’ room had multiple cigarette burns on the tub. I refused to shower in the tub because it was filthy. The light switches had layers of grime on them the curtains barely fully closed. . If that room was a reflection of every room at this property, the entire property should be gutted and renovated. That room was disgusting, but I arrived at almost midnight and left at 0700 the next morning.

  : The hotel room I reserved wasn't available by the time I checked in.. Then they put me in a room that wasn't clean.. Dirty towels and the dry off towel was small. On top of all that the TV didn't work.

  : Not a thing. It was the most disgustingly dirty and insufficient room I've ever seen.
  : There was only 1 Queen bed, I booked 2. That alone would be unacceptable, however, the lights did not work (we have a video clip). The floors and the walls were covered in a disgusting substance. The door handle was gross and clearly hadn't even been wiped down in a looooong time. We left after checking in but the general manager would not agree to a refund.
