  : My boyfriend and I stayed at this location in mid June 2024, and the experience was great. Overall, I would rate the hotel a 8/10, we wanted to go to Carowinds and this was a perfect location, only a 10-15 drive to the park. My King room(#102) looked just like the photos and when we walked into the room it smelled of cleaning products, which made me feel extra comfortable. I checked the bed, the sheets were fresh, and although I asked for extra towels I got the regular amount. The only downfall to this hotel was that the pool was closed for 2 weeks due to them waiting for a cleaning team. So this sucked for us since we didn’t visit the water park in Carowinds. In closing, I would 100% book this room again the staff was kind and extremely helpful!! Thank you all for the hospitality. Also the breakfast was convenient as well, they have great coffee.

  : Overall the property could use upgrade. Bathroom had drainage problems and was stopping up. Toilet constantly ran after flushing. Spots on ceilings. No towels when requested because they don’t do room service everyday.
