  : Suite was clean and large enough for 3 adults and 6 kids with plenty of space to move around. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
  : The property did not have baby cribs or pack and plays available at all as it stated on the booking site. They also did not have a functional pool and the breakfast is a very limited continental breakfast. We also had lids but no pot or pan.

  : Everything! They are liars! Their staff is disgusting. Holes in their clothes and they havent bathed over a month! They promise, a full breakfast buffet including eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. All there was was cold cereal with no milk, burnt coffee, and some stale danishes. This forced me to have to take everybody out for breakfast which cost $300 for both mornings. Their website promises cocktails and smoothies in the evening. There was nothing in the evening. In a room thats meant for nine people there were only 4 bath towels and they could not provide additional towels. They offered a business area with a computer hooked up with to the Internet. However, their computer did not work, and it definitely was not hooked up to the Internet. In addition, the keyboard had the letters rubbed off.I spoke to the manager only to be greater with shrug shoulders and a $20 credit! Are you kidding me!!!! Do yourself a favor, and remove them off of Booking.com At first, I was only asking for the $300 to be reimbursed back to me for the breakfasts. Now Im asking for a full refund.
