  : This is such a gem in Cedar City! The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Southern Utah Museum of Art, the Shakespearean Festival campus, delicious local restaurants, and the rest of the shopping, restaurants, and theaters were just a 5 min drive from here. The bedding, pillows, carpets, and hard surfaces were all clean and dust free. There is a large tub that is perfect for having a hot soak. The room was comfortable and luxuriously sized and the view from the balcony was very pretty during the sunrise and sunsets of our stay.
  : Finer details in deep cleaning between guests were missed. There was dust, hair, and other small garbage debris in the corners of the carpets and the cushions of the couch had crumbs and other food debris inside them. The faucet they have for the tub in the bathroom leaks terribly if you try to use the detachable handle setting and we had to use two of the towels to clean up the water mess that faucet made.

  : Elevator doesn’t work. No place to put suitcases except on couch in living room. They have a price, then added a $50 cleaning fee, lighting in bedroom is terrible, no ice in ice trays, no one here, super complicated instructions on how to get in, TV has no cable, “please clean up after yourself and tips are appreciated”, no hangars, lights in kitchen don’t work. My husband has trouble walking, and it was not fun for two 85 year olds to haul everything up and down stairs.

  : The location is great, sits on a quiet one way street. The bathroom was amazing!! Everything was clean well taken care of. would definitely stay again!
  : Just the under ground parking is a little dark but other than that nothing!

  : The location was great. The bed was comfortable.
  : We had a room set up for handicapped people...didn't like the shower curtain, water went out both sides.Room was dark and view unappealing. There were rooms at the front that provided an outside seating area. We would have enjoyed that.The entry stairs and flower beds were unkept. The patio area with tables and chairs was also unkept. This probably set the tone for our experience. First impressions do matter.There were holes in the bed sheets.There was only one bar of soap for the sink and shower.
