  : Seemed nice initially. However, the room, especially the bathroom showed wear and tear. Caulking was stained or missing, toilet didn’t work properly, shower floor was very slippery. Every time we used the toilet, we had to take the top off the back and fiddle with the parts to make it flush. Every time!
  : I called the front desk about the toilet not working. He said he was the only one there but could come at some point to work on it. It didn’t need work on it, it needed the parts replaced. He didn’t have the parts so we declined waiting up until he could get there “eventually”. This was already known according to the guy that night & the guy the next morning when I reported it again. Why are you allocating rooms that have problem toilets?
