  : The location was good. The lobby looks really nice and it seems like it was recently updated.
  : The pool and hot tub were closed and the shower was so underwhelming. Like a light trickle instead of a shower.

  : The property was clean and well managed. Staff were cordial. I would stop again. Property was in the process of remodeling. No issues with the work going on. Breakfast was generally good with some variety along with hot choices.
  : The property had only access through the front door. The side doors were locked even in daytime. Not sure why, but side doors make easier access to rooms on the end.Also on my way to the dog park, my five pound dog ventured two feet into the front grass for a few seconds (which was off limits for dogs). As I was pulling her back to the sidewalk, an employee inside began loudly banging on the window and gesturing toward the sign. I think it would have been more courteous to step outside and check on me. It seemed quite rude.

  : We stayed 6/17 and it was great. A comfortable room, accommodating to my husband in a wheelchair. We decided to stay again on our way back to AZ. This stay was $35 more. Checkin time online is 3 pm. Since we were driving all day, it was important for us to arrive as soon as we could so he could elevate his feet. We arrived at 3:45 and there was a long checkin line and only one person at the desk. When I f reached the desk I was told our room wasn't ready but would be in 30-45 minutes. We had to load the wheelchair back in the truck and we went to dinner.We returned at 5;30 and the room was still not ready. My husband had no choice but to wait in the hallway as I went back to the desk to get something done. It was 6 pm before they were done. It then took several minutes to mess with the air conditioning to get it to work. The housekeeper refused to help. By the we settled down it was too late. He was up all night and we had to leave early. I had to take him right the hospital when we got home in AZ

  : Size of the room. Separate rooms in the same suite.
  : Broken toilet for 5 people entire 2 days we were there. Flooded first time it was used and never fixed that night. Came back late the next night to find water out to the hall and the fridge. All I got from staff was I'm sorry and We thought it was fixed.Also, one of the main reasons we booked here was the pool and it was unavailable the entire time we were there.

  : Seat of chair was all torn up, more then half the spray holes in shower head didn't spray, one of the two speakers on TV didn't work, view out the window was old hot water heater and old electronics parts and only front lobby door worked to enter.
