  : The apartment was clean , spacious, had everything you could need for your stay , except amenities. the hostess was very helpful and gave us some nice tips about restaurants etc which we tried and were all amazing!!
  : The WiFi connection wasn't working good . They don't offer amenities ( it is said , we knew before but would be easier if they would have offered) .

  : The apartment is very spacious and the location is just perfect, right in the city centre but it still felt safe. It was really easy to communicate with the owners and also got some recommendation of restaurants and places to visit so we had a very nice time. :)
  : The only thing we were missing is a cabinet or wardrobe but we found other places to store our clothes so it was not a big problem.

  : since I visited apartment in March, it wan't very warm outside and airconditioning wasn't enough to heat up the apartment.

  : Communication worked quickly (in the beginning;). We received the keys without any problems and waiting. Upon request, they delivered us the missing pot and pan (though without lids;) as well as the necessary small items for the kitchen. They also kindly let us stay in the apartment until 11:30 (check out 10:00) The apartment is compact but for no more than 2 people. The location is ok, but when leaving the front door you need to be wary of cars that pass right at your feet from the hill along a narrow street - especially if you are with a child. Very good water pressure, but for this we had to listen to the loud and periodic sound of the pump, which also works at night.
  : We chose this apartment from more central, cheaper and larger ones mostly because of the terrace and especially the view from the terrace (the apartment is rented as with a terrace). To our great disappointment, the so-called terrace turned out to be just a public staircase and a smoking area with the nice view:) The most unpleasant thing is that the main door from/in the kitchen-room where the sleeping sofa is located was directly opposite, two meters from this door that also turned out to be glass, allowing light to pass through and not soundproof. For us, this meant that 1 person (there were three of us) could not sleep there because of the LIGHT that was automatically on all night in response to all the residents and tourists who passed through this terrace, were hanging out there smoking and talking on the phone and it feels like they are around you. When asked Victoria do something with the light or the door (they could have at least hung a curtain to block the light), it was promised, but nothing was done. We were there for a week - there was enough time. There are no windows in the kitchen-sofa-room except the notorious glass door that opens onto the famous "terrace"/staircase. The ceramic floor is practical, but it is very cold (especially for a child) we were there at the end of November. You need to have slippers. The heater is only in the kitchen/room with a sofa - there is none in the bedroom. What this apartment has to do with its catching name "Naturalliving" we did not get. This is simply the cheapest Ikea Interior for the flow of tourists.
