  : The location was great with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the location was in a quiet side street.
  : I dont think the hotel is worthy of its 4 star rating. There were multiple issues with the room I was given, some lights did not work, the shower ventilation fan didnt work. One of the two flush options on the toilet didnt work. The shower was old and did not have good water pressure and even hot water. I returned to my room on the second day after housekeeping had been in to clean, and my door was left open on the latch, so anyone could have got in and stolen any valuables. The lock on the door did not fully close so it left me feeling slightly unsettled at night.

  : First of all there is a guy at the reception (bearded one) beware of him. He is the most unkind and rude hotel staff I have ever met. The reason is: I booked 5 rooms gor a group and one of the rooms happened to be on the first floor facing a bar! And during check in we specifically asked for quiet rooms which they approved. My guests couldnt sleep as the bar was open until 2 am and around 5 am came cleaners, throwing bottles and so on. The next day i asked nicely for a change of rooms (as there werw people checking out) and that guy acted as if i came from nothing, seen nothing. Telling me this is a central hotel. i was expected to some noise. Expecting noise and facing a bar (nose to nose) is something different. And them he became unresponsive like shrugging his shoulders and saying i cant change there are no rooms! Even if i said there are people checking out and even there will be check ins you can give one of them the room my guest stayed and put my guests into the one of the checked out room. He shrugged. I told him i would contact booking and he told me to do whatever i want that would change nothing! And tell you what? Thanks to booking intervention, changed everything. My guests were out into another room. So you see an employee can ruin your reputation just by being rude and make people write negative comments on here. 2) rooms not cleaned properly, they have the flattest pillows on earth3) breakfast is also another farse. They have the weakest breakfast ever. They ran out of mushrooms by 8 and when i asked will they replace it they said no! Do not pay for it. Go out have a real breakfast. 4) the hotel had no hot water for an entire day. this doesnt deserve 4 stars.
