  : Friendly and helpful host. Lots of space in the room and awesome location. Even though you were in the middle of all the action once you closed the windows you couldn't hear a thing.
  : A few flights of stairs to get up to the B&B. Aircon wasn't overly strong.

  : Carmelo was very nice! He gave us a lot of useful information and suggestions, and he explained us everything.The location is very central, about 1-2 min away from Piazza dellUniversit.The beds were rather hard but I enjoyed it. My friend, on the other side, likes softer beds.The rooms were tidy.
  : The air conditioner was not really strong enough. But that didnt bother us because we also had a fan which was enough. But I can imagine that during hotter days that should be mentioned.There was a little bit of mold in the shower. Maybe that should be cleaned a little bit more thoroughly.Also, I dont know if it was only my impression but I had the feeling that our toilet did not get cleaned during our 1 week stay. But the room and the towels were clean.

  : ITs location very close to old town and all the main tourist sites. Spacious and comfortable with a balcony
  : 52 steps to the top! No coffee, milk etc provided.

  : Good location and only a short walk into the centre of town.
  : A lot of noise outside the building. The bedroom area was upstairs and the stairs were very narrow and steep. Every time I went downstairs I grazed the back of my legs. I even tried going down backwards to see if that would help! Not ideal if you're over a certain age and need to use the loo once or twice a night. The stairs are a death trap! Not a problem if you're young, perhaps... The mattress sloped, so it wasn't a very comfortable night's sleep.

  : Our host Carmelo was very helpful with organisation of transportation and Etna tour, he also gave us some good reataurant advices. Location is great, very close to Via Etnea.
  : The bedroom space is not very isolated, you can hear people in next rooms very good. It can get a bit loud if people in apartment next door are loud, especially at night time.

  : Location is perfect, just a minute away from the Duomo square. Although in the heart of the city the place is quiet and not noisy. The hosts are very friendly and responsive.
