  : The good..... the location is 10 on 10! Cant get any better!!!! Whileit can get a little loud, but we consider that part of the experience. It was very clean and is large. It has a small elevator, great for the bags. The host was kind and very sweet and stayed late to greet us and let us leave our bags in the morning. Affordable Parking is very nearby and we were given the name kindly. Just a note.....it would be helpful if a standard "How to access the parking lot" sheet is provided Using the name on google maps gets you close but its very easy to miss the entrance.
  : The view is entirely obscured by scaffolding when you open the doors to the view of the square. People booking should have been made aware as the view is a key selling feature, highlighted in the marketing materials. Renovation work, inside the building, started at 8 AM with banging, although we were up so not a big deal for us. Finally, sink drain was totally clogged....something that would have/should have been picked up when room was last cleaned.

  : Great location, great view overlooking Plazza Duomo. Nice staff. Lots of food options in vicinity.

  : The location was exceptional. Our hostess, Alessandra, was truly amazing and very helpful settling us in. She also arranged for our very early taxi transport to the airport after our stay.
  : The only thing that would have improved out stay would be a larger, much colder refrigerator. If we had that we would be happy to stay here for two weeks!

  : Building was covered on scaffolding so vie was limited and access to windows poor. Workers stated early so noisy. We should have been notified of this condition before any cancellation deadline in or to determine whether we would want to cancel.

  : The balcony was covered for construction. Bathroom was not convenient. Shower door would not close and almost fell and nowhere to put personal items.
