  : The bed was comfortable enough, the room was quiet. The towels and bedding were clean and the wifi connection worked. The location is excellent, being next to the Duomo and near to the bus and train stations, and the airport by taxi.
  : The description ("24 hour front desk") gives the impression that the hotel is like a standard hotel with a lobby and a front desk manned by someone who can assist you. The desk may be there for 24 hours, but there's no person. After a tiring trip and stays in places where you have to telephone every ten minutes to find the place and get the code to enter, where there's no help for problems with air conditioning or wifi, I was looking forward to a real hotel with someone at the front desk. My room had no amenities - there was an electric kettle but no tea bags - in the bathroom, the toilet seat was barely attached.

  : We liked that the staff cleaned and made beds every day and the location is great.
  : We didn't really like 10 Euro fee for early check-in at 13:00 in the afternoon (first time for us to experience this) and the way how the owner communicated with us through booking - we had a feeling it was a little bit passive aggressive answer. On the other hand the receptionist is a lovely and very helpful lady - that's why we rated higher mark for the staff.
